FinderAppMenu is an Init which creates a menu in the Finder showing all of your applications. You can run any one by selecting it off the menu. Version 1.1.1 fixes some problems in version 1.1 which sometimes resulted in out of memory conditions in the Finder and sometimes caused the applications menu to appear in front of the Apple menu in other applications.
